Product Descriptions The STS380 socket series was designed as a full product line featuring ultra
performance for most applications of ultra performance characteristics test
environment. Depending on customer application, this STS380 series socket can
operate at bandwidth up to 12.5 GHz, and reliable up to 100,000 operations.
